  Truly awful experience! Got a quote by email from this firm 3 weeks ago for upper gutters and a bifold aluminium door. Last Thursday they came at 9am and removed a large section of guttering from the rear of our property, then they realised the gutters they have ordered don't fit into our existing ones. They did not put the old ones back on as a temporary fix, (I think this was done on purpose forcing us to have the whole house replaced so they match) they left at 10.30 leaving our house unlocked and not alarmed, leaving a note stuck to the door saying they don't fit. The rain has been pouring down our newly painted external walls which I'm not happy about. We phoned them about this but to no avail, they don't want to know, however they were very prompt to turn up for payment of the doors, which leads me on to another contentious issue. We ordered them on the understanding that an anti snap lock was to be installed, and the old doors are removed from site, when I asked the fitter about the anti snap lock he checked and said it was, further research confirmed that without a kite mark and three stars above it, it wasn't. The old doors and glass remain on site at the time of writing this. When we phoned the office and told them, the guy on the phone said "I've learnt something today" I didn't know about the kite mark and the three starts meant anti snap? He also denied that he was aware that the gutters had been ripped off and when my wife explained it was pouring with rain he told her 'that's a shame'! Absolute joke of a firm, not professional at all. do not touch them unless you want a lot of hassle!
